-I recieved my items and they either do not fit or are damaged, what do I do?

We do not accept returns, therefore items are to be sent back and the correct size or items will be fixed in damaged during the shipping process only. If a garment was damaged because of the customer, the item will not be fixed for free but at the expense of the customer.

-If I place my order today for items on the website (ONLY), how long will it take for me to receive my items?

All items are made to order so please allow 2 weeks before the item is shipped out plus the days that it takes to ship.

-When will I recieve my items in the mail?

We ship priotorty mail with the USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days to recieve your items unless you slected for the 1-2 day shipping option.

-Are the items on the site customizable?

Yes, Beacuse all items are made to order, customers can email, info@married2art.com with their measurements and color specifictions if the option in the item description.
