Return Policy

OUR GOAL IS TO ENSURE YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION:

If you are not completely satisfied with your Married2art (M2A Apparel or M2A Accessories) purchase, we will gladly accept the exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 14 days of receipt of the purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise

REFUNDS & CREDITS

There are absolutely no refunds. Refunds on returned items will be issued a store credit only. Once we receive and inspect the product we will mail out your store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your store credit.

There are absolutely no refunds on custom apparel, accessories, or artwork.

EXCHANGES

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.

CONDITIONS

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

All returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition in which it was sent, in their original box, and must include all packing materials.
